What we process

• The website URL you submit and the image URLs Gather finds.
• Your IP address for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Basic usage events, such as scans started, completed, failed and downloaded.
• Optional ratings, sharing activity and private feedback you choose to submit after a download.
• Payment status and checkout references when you buy a complete export. Stripe handles your card details and Gather does not receive them.
• The email address supplied at Checkout, used to send your paid image pack delivery link.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the scan and export, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand product usage and confirm paid downloads.

Storage and deletion

Free scans and ZIP files are scheduled to expire after 60 minutes. Paid ZIP files and their private delivery links are scheduled to expire after 48 hours. Service logs, payment references, delivery records, anonymous analytics, ratings and optional feedback may be kept for longer so we can monitor reliability, prevent duplicate fulfilment and improve Gather. Avoid submitting URLs that contain private tokens or personal information.

Services we use

Gather uses Cloudflare for traffic protection, temporary file storage, Turnstile and web analytics, Render for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional delivery emails. These providers process limited data under their own privacy terms.
