Rules for using Gather

Gather helps website owners and authorised teams recover and optimise image assets. Use it responsibly and only on sites you are allowed to collect from.

Permission to collect
By submitting a URL, you confirm that you own the website or have permission to download and reuse its images. Gather does not grant you rights to any content it finds.
Fair use
Do not use Gather to access private networks, bypass access controls, overload websites, collect unlawful content or infringe copyright. We may restrict or block activity that threatens the service or other websites.
Free and paid exports
The free version scans up to 250 pages and lets you export up to 25 images, subject to a 100 MB source-file cap. Complete exports are priced from £4.99 according to the image count and estimated source size shown after the scan. Each tier is subject to the technical and safety limits shown by the service. No Gather account is required.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes payments. Because image packs are generated digital files, please review the free scan before paying. If a paid export cannot be delivered because Gather fails, contact Axoi Studio with your Stripe receipt so we can investigate and, where appropriate, refund it.
Availability and results
Some websites block automated access or load content entirely with JavaScript, so Gather cannot promise to find every image. Brief maintenance or deployment periods may temporarily interrupt the service. Free results and ZIP files expire after 60 minutes. Paid ZIP files are available through their private delivery link for 48 hours.
Liability
Gather is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost content, missed images, website changes or your use of downloaded material. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update the service, limits, pricing or these terms. The latest version will always appear on this page with its update date.
